On-site Management & Exhibition Continuity
Beyond the initial assembly, my role was pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the 4-day event. I served as the primary technical point of contact, managing real-time troubleshooting for multimedia displays and overseeing general exhibition maintenance to guarantee an uninterrupted visitor experience.
Key Collaborative Milestones:
On-site Management: Acting as the technical link during the assembly phase to ensure design compliance
Institutional Coordination: Navigating the logistics of a high-profile event within the historic Círculo de Bellas Artes.
Quality Control: Supervising the final finishes of the displays to maintain the premium standard expected by international stakeholders.
As the event concluded, I led the strategic synchronization of multiple teams for the de-installation phase. This involved coordinating diverse crews to dismantle complex structures and high-end technology within tight deadlines, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient strike of the entire exhibition.
